Return/Exchange Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging      intact.
  • Sale and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Only size exchanges are allowed – no cash refunds.

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • In case of a wrong or damaged item sent by FilD’oro, we will cover the return shipping costs.
